What it achieves

The VDGYP will provide dental graduates with a structured programme for enhanced practice experience and professional development opportunities, whilst increasing the dental workforce capacity, particularly in the public sector. Where possible, graduate placements will be directed towards areas of need, such as rural and regional locations.
